Pro Comp’s new Nissan Titan 4WD 6” Suspension Kit provides ample clearance for 35” tires. Using the latest in CAD and laser manufacturing tech this kit enhances the Titan’s off-road prowess. Front and rear cross members are made from bulletproof 3/16”steel, precision laser cut and CNC formed. Integrated urethane bump stops are featured on rear cross-member that is forward offset, centering front tire in the fender well for improved tire clearance. Front differential mounting is integral with cross-members for easy installation. Front spindles are quality one-piece cast, CNC machined units. Factory alignment cams are maintained easing alignment procedure and maintenance. A Stage One kit is available with ES Series shocks as well as a Stage Two system featuring Pro Comp Pro Runner 2 3/4”coilovers and MX6 shocks. Billet aluminum spacers are used to lift rear and are offset mounted for correct wheel alignment. For those who require additional load carrying capacity an add-a-leaf option is available. Best New Product: Off-Road/4-Wheel Drive Category

 

Rancho’s new 2005 Ford Super Duty 250/350 suspension system is engineered to accommodate 35-inch tires on 20-inch wheels. It features high-strength tubular radius arms, precision-calibrated coil springs, forged pitman arm, track bar relocation bracket, extended sway bar end links, extended brakelines, and rear spacer blocks. It is available in classic red or black powder coat finish. A key advantage is an advanced, highly engineered radius-arm bushing — that helps maintain optimal steering performance on the lifted vehicle by reducing bump-steer. Edge Products’ second-generation Attitude (A2) diesel monitor/ controller/ information center includes all of the features of their existing Attitude: Displaying powertrain functions such as turbo boost, EGT and auto-trans slippage in addition to allowing the driver to switch among the Edge Juice Engine Module’s five power modes to add up to 125 more hp. But leaps above and beyond first-generation model with: Color LCD monitor that displays virtual gauges, GPS navigational mapping and the view from a wireless backup camera — and it even plays MP3 audio. Gauge-related info includes actual speed (corrected for non-stock tire diameters), percentage of auto trans slippage, engine rpm, turbo boost level, engine temp, throttle percentage, barometric pressure and Juice power mode. Runner-Up: Best New Off-Road/4wd Product Category

Fabtech’s new 2005 Ford Super Duty “Coilover Conversion System” is fitted with their massive Dirt Logic 4.0 Piggyback Coilover Shocks. This system directly replaces the stock Super Duty coil spring buckets with stout, gusseted 1.75” tubing for exceptional strength. The system’s Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Shocks feature giant 4.0” diameter mono tube construction with a 3- 5/8” OD piston attaching to a 1-1 /4” diameter piston rod and billet aluminum end caps.
